Aura, the 15-story luxury tower planned to rise in the mixed-use community of Metropolitan Naples, is scheduled to be under construction later this year. While some unsold residences remain in certain floor plans, pre-construction pricing will likely continue until construction begins.
Aura at Metropolitan Naples features just 56 luxury residences and is located on a 5.3-acre parcel at the intersection of Fifth Avenue South and Davis Boulevard, just a short walk or bike ride to downtown. Currently, nearly half of the residences have been sold.
Aura includes a mix of beautifully designed two-, three- and four-bedroom residences, many with a den. Prices currently start at $2.5 million.
“Early pre-construction purchasers received values that simply are not available in today’s market,” said Ed Gonzalez, the Director of Sales for Metropolitan Naples. “The costs of construction has risen so significantly over the past year that the few new luxury condominiums residences coming to market now in other buildings are at prices much higher than Aura‘s pre-construction prices. Pre-construction purchasers often get a price benefit from deciding to purchase early. They also get the best choice before most unit are sold. The pre-construction pricing is only one of a number of reasons buyers purchased a residence in Aura. Most say they love the tower’s ideal location and its amazing amenities.
