The largest residence in Aura at Metropolitan Naples has been sold to a longtime Naples resident. Penthouse 3, which is located on Aura’s roof, is a four-bedroom/four-and-a-half-bath home with more than 6,000 total square feet.
“It’s 6,335 to be exact,” stated Ed Gonzalez, the Director of Sales for Metropolitan Naples. “It also features a private rooftop terrace with pool. The terrace itself measures 1,963 square feet. Simply amazing.”
