Long-time residents and developers Jerry Starkey and Fred Pezeshkan are developing Metropolitan Naples together. The duo won a CRA design competition to create a transformative urban community that would stimulate redevelopment

Pezeshkan came to Naples in the early 1980s and built several residential, mixed-use and commercial structures here including Naples Bay Resort and iconic buildings on Fifth Avenue South. Starkey moved his operations to Florida in 1988 and has developed many large-scale luxury master-planned communities, golf courses, luxury hotels, marinas, traditional residences and high-rise homes throughout Florida and other states.
